Angelina is one of my all-time favourites. She can:

do her own stunts
do stunts that even professional stunt women find too hard (e.g. jump onto a large swinging log and stand up, first try)
leap off tall buildings in a single bound (literally - listen to the director's commentary on Mr and Mrs Smith, where she did leap off a 200 ft building)
ballet bungy jump
kickbox
handle heavy weapons
ride motor bikes
fly a small plane
roam the world as a Goodwill Ambassador for the U.N.
look gorgeous in every movie she's in
act (she won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in Girl, Interrupted)
